Camden County Songfest 2007 Bulk Registration

This form is for teachers to register multiple students for the 2007 Camden County Songfest. This form should only be used if the school district will be sending payment directly.

If you are a parent registering your children, please register through our online store.

Registration is $15 per student and includes a t-shirt, lunch, instruction, and the Songfest concert. Teacher admission is free and includes complimentary lunch, music packet, and professional development credit.

Payment must be received by ChildrenSong no later than Friday, April 6.  Payment may be mailed to:
