Open Auditions for 2002-2003 Performance Year

ChildrenSong of New Jersey announces auditions for the 2002-2003 concert season for openings in all choirs. ChildrenSong is a non-profit children's chorus based in Haddonfield, NJ. Members represent Camden, Burlington, and Gloucester Counties.

The 120 singers who perform within the three choirs of ChildrenSong sing a variety of songs from various genres including classical, jazz, and folk songs. Recent performances include the ChildrenSong Choral Festival at Rutgers University and as featured performers at Haddonfield Symphony's Concert for Young People at the Tweeter Center.

ChildrenSong will travel to Canada this summer on a performance tour and plans another tour to London, England, next summer.

To audition, children must be between the ages of 7 and 14. Children will be asked to prepare My Country 'Tis of Thee and Happy Birthday for the audition.
