Spring Concert Has Latin Flair
ChildrenSong of New Jersey, under the direction of Artistic Director Polly Murray, will present a sizzling concert Dancing Voices on Saturday, June 3rd, at Haddonfield Memorial High School Auditorium, 401 Kings Highway East, Haddonfield, at 7:30pm.
Children aged 8-16 in various choirs will sing Latin American songs that will have you dancing in the aisles and joining a conga line!
The concert is the result of a season-long study of Latin American music through a grant from the Camden County Cultural and Heritage Commission and features songs such as La Bamba, Guantanamera, and Oye.

Tickets are $10 in advance for adults ($12 at the door), $7 for youth 12-17. Age 11 and under are free. Tickets can be purchased at the door, at the ChildrenSong online store, or reserved by calling the chorus line at 856-216-1140.
Haddonfield Memorial High School offers ample seating, excellent acoustics, free on-site parking, and wheelchair access.
ChildrenSong of New Jersey is a non-profit, regional children’s community chorus, founded and directed by Polly Murray. Accompanists are Rob Kennan and Joe Krupa. The chorus’ 85 members range in age from 7 to 17, and represent three South Jersey counties.
Funding for this event has been made possible in part by the Camden County Cultural and Heritage Commission through the New Jersey Council on the Arts, Department of State, a partner agency of the National Endowment for the Arts.
