ChildrenSong hosts a summer vocal camp for singers in grades 3 through 9. The camp runs daily August 23-27 at Haddonfield Middle School in Haddonfield. Camp for grades 3-5 is 10:30am-noon and camp for grades 6-9 is 8am-11am.

Singers will learn vocal technique and music reading skills. The week-long camp includes a performance at a Camden RiverSharks game and finishes with a pool party for all choristers.

The cost is $100 per child in grades 3-5 and $175 per child in grades 6-9. Participation for children in grades 6-9 is by audition only. 

Registration is open to new applicants only (current ChildrenSong choristers may not apply). If the singer joins ChildrenSong for the 2010-2011 season by September 1, the full camp cost will be deducted from ChildrenSong’s regular tuition fees. Register for camp through the ChildrenSong online store, or call the chorus line at 856-216-1140 with any questions.

Expanded morning hours are also available for children in grades 3 through 5 for $10 extra per day (payable upon arrival each day your child attends camp). Children in the extended program will enjoy crafts, music games, and other activities.

When arriving for camp, enter through the parking lot behind the school (driveway access from Lincoln Ave. or Chestnut St. alongside School). Look for a sign on the doors behind the school. This is the drop off and pickup location for camp activities.
