Auditions

ChildrenSong of New Jersey holds auditions after its major concerts in June and December, with additional auditions in August, September, and January.

Auditions are required for all prospective choristers, as well as any current choristers wishing to advance to the next choir.

Qualifications

To audition for ChildrenSong, children must be between the ages of 8 and 18 . Children must also have unchanged voices.

Children will be asked to prepare My Country ’Tis of Thee or a similar solo for the audition. If you need help preparing My Country ’Tis of Thee, please review the following links:

Audition Fees

There is no fee to audition for ChildrenSong.

Application Form

All new members should bring a completed application form (PDF) with them to their audition.
